The Actions link opens a pop-up menu with the commands necessary to perform these tasks. You can optionally right-click in an empty area of the window to invoke the same pop-up menu.

There are several viewing commands (Zoom In, Zoom Out, Fit in Window, Actual Size, Overview, and Pan) to assist you in manipulating the window. The Select command allows you to select several tasks in a single step by defining a rectangular region in the window. Only those tasks completely inside the rectangular region are selected.

To view and modify the properties of a work order or work task, simply right-click the appropriate item and select Properties, the properties of the item displays in the Navigation pane. Continue selecting other items to view and/or modify their properties.

You can use the Add Task command to add a new task and the Link command to link two tasks together. To delete a task, right-click the task and select Delete.

Each task is represented by a box that displays varying levels of detail. These boxes can be moved around to assist the viewer in understanding the task sequence workflow.
